Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
At PureGinkgo, your satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right.
Refunds & Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We’ll review the issue, and if approved, we’ll either replace the item or offer a full refund.
- Lost in Transit: If your order is lost in transit, please submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, simply provide a photo and a brief description of the issue, and we will process a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Once approved:
- Replacements will be shipped within 3 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few days.
Non-Refundable/Replacement Situations:
Please note that certain circumstances may not qualify for refunds or replacements:
- Incorrect Address: If you provide an incorrect or insufficient address, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
- Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that are unclaimed and returned will incur reshipping fees.
- Buyer’s Remorse: We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse.
- Customs Rejection: Refunds or replacements will not be issued for packages rejected by customs.
- Prepared but Not Shipped: Orders canceled after preparation but before shipping are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after approval:
- First, check with your bank or credit card provider as processing times may vary.
- If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us, and we’ll assist you further.
